Adventology Scarf - Wrap

PLEASE NOTE: This pattern was UPDATED in April 2021 to include the above (LH) Version 3 & a shorter version of the original (RHS) design (shorter version =Version 2). In short, there are now 3 versions of the one design, in the ONE pattern download. Version 3 includes the addition of 4 separate shades (1 ball of each) of Rowan KidSilk Haze.

What follows is my (heavily edited) original post about the design.

I really love how this design came together. It came about after I took the plunge and decided about the middle of 2018, to order a Yarn Advent Calendar from Sian, a UK Etsy Store Owner trading as Siannys Yarnys. I had already decided I would design something using the yarn in this calendar, sight unseen, and knit it as I opened each little package (one daily until Christmas Day), which I carefully displayed in a special box sent to me by a friend in the USA soon after I received it.

A glorious display of colour evolved as I progressed. It was so exciting ....
